While the café and exhibition space of Fabrica Mura run by the dynamic Kitagawa ladies is fairly new, the textile weaving factory part goes back over many years. Today you can see the old weaving equipment still in action as well as a range of fabric items for sale made on site. The café itself is usually serviced by different café staff over different weekends and the interesting exhibition schedule featuring artists from a range of different backgrounds and mediums is well worth a look.
